Conveniently positioned, Clean very reasonably priced and helpful staff. Very reasonably price food in restaurant. Not really anywhere to walk/stretch your legs as very near petrol station with lots of Lorrie’s parked up

This place is a scam.

Nothing. It stank of cigarrettes everywhere and what made it worse was whatever they were using to try and mask the smell made our eyes sting I was bitten in bed several times through the night. The carpet was dirty and sticky. Bitten by bed bugs pic's below if the pic says x5 that's 5 bites all next to each other

The meal was quite good and cheap We think booking.com should warn folks that this was a hotel for refugees. The reception area was solely given over to a crèche with kids running riot. We are not against refugees but we should have been informed.

The location to Santander ferry Old and tired. I don’t think the owners have spent any money on the bedrooms since 2011

Pleasant staff good size clean room Can you help? We stayed in your hotel on 1st July in a room on the second floor. I think I left a blue top with white stripes on the sleeves behind. Did you find it please? If so would I be able to collect OR can I pay you to send it to me? overall good. hotel to back of services so it’s quite set up for passing through needs updating. bed spreads had holes, chair covers are old and worn. - just needs a bit of a spouse up

Tired old property, with unexpectedly awful access. It's part of an Autovia service center, so there is no access except from and to the autovia. This means you have to travel south to the next interchange to go ANYWHERE.
