Hotel com boa localização, confortavel, staff atencioso. Café da manhã com poucas opções, opções que deveriam estar quentes estavam frias. Estacionamento caro!

I liked it all. Minha segunda EXCELENTE experiência com a rede Vincci, e eles conseguem sempre me surpreender e se superar. O grande diferencial é a equipe: todos extremamente simpáticos, prestativos e atenciosos. Um agradecimento especial ao Julián, da recepção, ao Tino, do café da manhã, às meninas do bar do lobby e à camareira Inma, que fizeram a estadia ainda mais especial. O diferencial do Vincci é a atenção aos detalhes e o foco no cliente (tem até menu de travesseiro para os mais exigentes) O café da manhã é delicioso e vale muito a pena, com muito capricho. A localização é excelente, com ônibus na porta para a Península de La Magdalena e El Sardinero, além de ótimos restaurantes, cafés e da orla a poucos passos. E um bônus: o sorvete de pistache da Via Mazzini (ao lado) imperdível! Voltarei. E Vincci é sinônimo de excelência garantida. Não há nada. Adorei tudo relativo ao Vincci. Não gostei da arbitragem do jogo da Copa.

The hotel was lovely and in a great location. We got a sea view as recommended by many and we had an amazing view of the harbor.

The type of the room we booked at Booking.com was advertised as 248sqf in size, so it's about 23 sqm, but the room we got was extremely tiny, probably maximum 17 - 18 square meters. Two other hotels we stayed during our trip were 18 sq. meters and 21 sq. meters, but they were much more spacious than our Vincci room. There was no space for a second suitcase in the room except storing it near the entry door or in the bathroom. All Vincci hotels we have previously stayed in Malaga, Madrid and Valencia were all beautifully decorated with wonderful artwork and absolutely fabulous. Unfortunately, this hotel doesn't come close to other Vincci standards and looks more like a 3-stars hotel.

The hotel is within walking distance of the center and many attractions, the rooms are clean and spacious and well equipped also the view from our room was just amazing. N/A

Nice room, beautiful bathroom, everything was good enough. No tea kettle or complimentary teabags in the room. Was charged 2 euro for a cup of tea in the morning.

Very small room. Wife sitting on end of bed meant I could not get through. No room for baggage. Bad space, really, except for sleeping. Oddly, the hotel had a water heating pot for coffee. But there was only the cheap instant coffee but only decaf. Thinking the staff had forgotten to put in regular coffee we mentioned it to the front desk. The response was they don’t provide regular coffee. You have to come down stairs and ask for a cup at the breakfast bar! Not making this up. My wife did so and it was very strange and she eventually got a cup of crappy coffee. This hotel is not 4 star.

Great location, view from my window, friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to help me with directions and setting up a fisioterapia appointment. I would love to stay here again.

It's rated as a 4 star, but it didn't feel like it. Almost no amenities. No gym, no pool, limited restaurant hours, one elevator. It was a 3 star at most. Per night price was high.

Great sea front central location and great views from some of the rooms. Comfortable room with a balcony Nice staff. There was a smell in the room- probably from the sewage system. Don’t go to the restaurant recommended to us by the concierge-Restaurante del Puerto - as it was expensive, small portions and part of the food wasn’t fresh.

Beautiful room. Beautiful bathroom with a rain shower. Very clean and beautiful decor. It was lovely to have olives, crisps and peanuts as welcome snacks. The shampoo and shower gel smelled amazing. The hairdryer was powerful - not typical in a hotel. Nice smell in hotel lobbey and lifts. Staff very professional and helpful. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable, uneven mattress. Room was supposed to be sound proof. This was the main reason for booking. It was not. I heard the neighbouring rooms and above me. I heard a neighbour’s snore throughout the night which interuppted my sleep despite my earplugs. Very bad sleep.
