There is no full body length mirror in the room and the safe is too small to store a laptop.

The hotel is very close to a music venue that we frequent. The heat wasn't on and the weather had gotten somewhat cold, It would have been nice to either have heat in the room or an extra blanket.

We went to Santander to see a show at Little Bobby Speakeasy. The hotel is two blocks (3 minute walk) away. The staff was great. The parking was very small and tight for a larger car like we had, although this is to be expected in Europe, where the parking spaces are made for tiny cars.The floor underneath the bed hadn't been cleaned in forever.

Parking is a bitch , tuck some time to find it! It’s on the left side of the building! Very small with a gate in front you don’t see when you drive by ! Breakfast to $$ for what you get!

Location, comfort, helpfulness and friendliness of staff. Pet friendly and on site parking. Great restaurants, harbour and main town very close by. Thought €25 for pet was a lot but the rest outweighed.

A lovely modern room, with the balcony on a quiet floor. The car parking and location was important being central to everything within walking distance. A fab hotel great for a one night stop over ahead of our ferry crossing to UK. Also brilliant the hotel is dog friendly (we didn't use the dog bed provided).

There was a very big selection of food and drink for breakfast. With a good location. The room was nicely set up for my dog to stay the night. There was nothing we did not like.

Great location, comfortable room and beds and the nicest person we’ve ever dealt with at any hotel reception ? The parking is v tight but on-site and useful, €25 for a dog is v expensive but we knew that before we booked. We can’t comment on breakfast as we ate out.

I was really impressed at the standard of the hotel, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the location. Would be happy to visit again and stay longer. It would have been nice if there had been room service available on the Friday night.
