Clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. helpful and assembled 'take away' breakfast for early departure.

The location is great - everything is walking distance and there are wonderful tapas bars and coffee places nearby. The room is compact but comfortable. The floor was a bit sticky and the bathroom not clean in the corners. Usually hotels in Spain are super clean but I was disappointed with this one. The breakfast was not great either. In hindsight I would have gotten a good coffee and toast at a bar close to the hotel.

The location was excellent. The rooms were clean and airy. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful especially when they let us leave are bags as we had a late flight. I thought the rooms were a little bit expensive.

Perfect location, very nice and polite stuff, ready to help. If you come late, you just open with your phone the front door, the floor entrance and your apartment. Nice breakfast, comfortable beds and nicely decorated room. Proximity to the sea and restaurants around. We liked everything.

Excellent, central location in Santander. Lovely quiet room with seaview. Fridge and kettle in room. Great quality simple breakfast included in price. Check out is midday. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Just a small thing... Coffee and breakfast tea in the room would be nice. However both coffee and milk were provided on request.

The room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The location was excellent, right in the city centre, within walking distance of the bars, restaurants, and the waterfront. The building itself has impressive architecture, adding to the overall experience. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any request. There was a rather strong burnt smell in parts of the building, while it was somewhat unpleasant at times - but apart from that everything was excellent.
