The hotel is very exclusive and refined. Our room had amazing little garden. We felt as if we were the guests of famous bohemian figures hosted at their villa. Amazing atmosphere! Nothing

Beautiful building and themed rooms. Spacious and thoughtful room design. The door in our bathroom didn’t close properly

Room decor was nice. Lovely light stairwell. Location was fine. I think they got away with some nice photos but actually this hotel is pretty average. Room was small and the bathroom was in need of a refit. Bedroom lights were difficult to control. We had a terrace but only two uncomfortable wicker chairs with stained cushions. There was plenty of space for some nice loungers. Breakfast was in a windowless room. Food at breakfast was average. To make tea you had to boil a kettle yourself. You had to ask for milk. No music in the room made for an awkward atmosphere. Leaking air con left a wet area on the breakfast room marble floor which was slippery, they had a mop bucket left out (which didn’t catch the water) and a don’t-slip sign but no one seemingly seeking to do anything about it otherwise. Terrace bar was ok but no music and no atmosphere at all. Limited drinks menu (couldn’t get a glass of cava). Booking.com included reference to a parking garage but actually this is a public car park 650m away at a cost of €15 a night. Overall I would say this hotel was overpriced for what it was.

Excellent location in the city centre. Everything is at walking distance. Spectacular building with very charming interior Comfortable beds. Room was nice but significant traces, stains and smell of humidity. Room would deserve some refurbishment. Breakfast quite basic.

Nice facility, decent breakfast. Nothing.

Beautiful room, lots of space, nice glass-walled balcony. Central location in Santander although a bit up a hill. Overall the property is well designed and good-looking. This is a surprisingly low-service hotel given its general aura and "Boutique" branding. It appears to have only one guest-facing member of staff, who performs dual duty as a receptionist and breakfast caretaker. This single member of staff sometimes disappeared and did not reappear even when we tried to call her using the electronic bell in the reception. There is no laundry service. Breakfast was on the minimal side but adequate.

Impressive conversion of period buildings and hotel had high class feel. Some excellent reception people Bar a bit strange as no-one serving and need to contact reception for service. Also very limited range. Should make more of outside space , particularly at higher sunnier level. A bit noisy at night from nearby clubs or nightclubs
