Very secure and clean. Nice facilities with comfortable beds, quiet at night, great kitchen and community areas. For the Camino de Santiago it’s a little bit further than other albergues, and not really a pilgrim hostel, more of just a youth hostel.

Nice hostel in a nice location in Santander. Bed was clean and linens and towel were provided. Bed had courtain for privacy. I had to choose between closing the courtain to keep mosquitoes out but sleep in a sauna or keep it open to get some fresh air but be bothered by mosquitoes. Kitchen and communal areas were clean. Kitchen had only microwave and fridge. No stove for proper cooking. I stayed in a big dorm and groups of teenagers came to stay in the 18-bed dorm. How loud or dirty they are is not the hostel's fault. However, when big groups come, the hostel should remind them that they don't own the dorm, that even though they could be the majority in the dorm, there are other solo travelers sharing the dorm and therefore they should be quiet and respectful.

It's my second time and I only find one thing that I don't like,I wish next time to find the garden open ,really love to have the chance to walk and spend time there when I will in the Hostel, all the trees inside look very nice ??

New facilities. Super clean. Comfy beds. Great stop doing the Camino, and all guests behaved respectfully at night, which was great! Very warm at night inside the capsules. AC would be a super nice addition. Everything else was on top

The hostel is close enough to the city; however, it's on a hill so it's a bit of a challenge to go places by foot

Not much to dislike
-
Lots of space, clean and quiet I only stayed one night

The hostel is in a quiet and pleasant area, but to get to the beach and promenade, you'll have to walk down a hill for about 20 minutes and then climb back up. You'll either have to take a bus or call a taxi
-
Nice street. Near beach and promenade It's a hostel you get what you pay for

I loved the Villa, surrounded by trees, patio. The privacy of a good size bed with curtains, the bathrooms and rooms were kept clean at all times. Most staff were nice and helpful, except one person, who was not too friendly in the beginning, but got better at the end. I stayed about a week and felt very comfortable, like if it was my home or a Sorority house with housemates. Loved the neighborhood, beautiful homes, apartment buildings, trees, beach or water not too far walking distance. No cooking area or even a small stove to boil eggs or something else, no sofa to sit to watch TV and feel more comfortable. The sitting area in the TV room was a bit "cold" like, it felt more like a meeting or study room. No fun organized events.

Staff a bit grumpy, not welcoming. (Lady was fine)

everything none. But there was a person who used incense stick and I was coughing due to smell . Please don't do such things in confined space! It's not your room!
