the shower system was strange, the lockers were super small and tight, even a backpack was hard to fit in, the bunk beds were too close, you can't sit in bed, it was too low. the heat was very strong in the room and it was very loud from the street.

Pods were comfortable, location is ideal Very young, party vibe guests. The shower only runs each time you push the button so it was difficult to have a comfortable shower.

Only stayed one night prior to heading to Bilbao the following morning. The female dorm and bathroom were spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t check out the kitchen facilities. It was close to restaurants and just opposite the bus station. The form would benefit from having some shelving at each bed or a basket to hold a phone etc.

Perfect lication; only 1 mn walk from the bus central station and 2 mns from the train station. Xemena and her co-assistants were wonderful and provided support even with booking train tickets and hotels in other cities. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The shared bathrooms outside the room. The fact that we had to leave the room and not allowed to move through the hostel shared areas from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. during the cleaning operations. The Asian bhudist posters were excessively overwhelming which made us inconfortable.

Great staff and fellow travelers. It's got a nice low-key vibe and everybody is very respectful of everyone else's business and life. A really nice common area, functional kitchen for those who want to cook and refrigerator and other storage for those who just like they have some food around. No issues. Staff went above and beyond to make everybody happy. Probably the best albergue I have seen in Spain.

I have been backpacking all over the world and perhaps this was the most organized hostel I have ever been. The owner of this hostel has been able to put together an amazing well organized hostel. Hiowever, he lacks grace. When he explains to his guess his rules and regulations he should learn to become more graceful.

The energy of the hostel was really good, people from all over the world, all ages and everyone was really sympatethic, had a great social atmosphere The shower could have shower gel

This was my third time staying at this hostel, which I have done at the end of each stretch of camino I've completed of the Camino Norte. It's perfectly located across from the bus/train station - very safe area. A short walk brings you towards the marina and the main town centre, cathedral, etc. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, etc, close by. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good kitchen/common area. My stay was perfectly comfortable. No breakfast included (not sure if this is even provided) so can't comment on that. The bathroom light would turn off when mid-shower and I wasn't able to turn it back on unless physically got out of the shower to do so. This was a slight inconvenience, otherwise the hostel was perfectly adequate for my needs.
