The buffet is sensational There was a water noise like drainage in our room. We were on floor 16 right below the pool. I let them know and they were great and worried

Hotel is in very nice area surrounded with a lot of good restaurants. Lobby, restaurant and bar are beautiful. Excellent breakfast.

I picked a Queen Room with Two Queen beds for my family, but I was extremely frustrated and disappointed when I saw both beds were not Queen-sized but regular Double beds (which could barely fit myself and my wife). Hotel should immediately review advertisement.

Breakfast was good with different freshly blended juices available. A la Carte breakfast items were also very good. Had dinner twice as well, good food and service. The reception area only has one staff when I go there, the Hyatt member's counter was not mended all the time, in fact when I was there, I didn't see any dedicated staff member there. I wanted to pay extra to check out later but this request is not possible, I have to book for another night although I left 14 hours before official checkout, quite inflexible for international travelers whose flights maybe late at night.

The rooftop pool was the star of my stay. The location was great, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The room was lovely, and the staff was friendly. N/A
