Great, desayuno perfecto y habitaciones cómodas El agua de la ducha demora mucho en calentarse y el wifi no funciona

It is a small hotel, but it has everything you need. It was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was really good. The staff were very friendly. Nothing
-
cold and hot water in the shower is unpredictable. Should be regulated easier and also if there is no rug...there should be sleepers

Breakfast is served in a super cute café, and you can choose between three different breakfast options. Stepping out of the hotel, you immediately see the bus stop. The neighborhood is also very residential and safe. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. The water temperature kept changing uncontrollably from boiling (!) to ice cold, which made taking a shower a long endeavor because you had to wait for the short moments when the water was at an acceptable temperature. It is important to note, though, that we only stayed for one night, so it’s very possible that this was a temporary issue that has already been fixed.

Location is really good. Only 3 spots for parking

The password of the room was too easy to predict. Not safe.

Great location, friendly staff.
-
Location and staff were excellent Work / “construction” on roof right above my room until 11pm

Location is really good, art concept is cool, and room was comfortable to sleep. Internet from the TV was not great (Netflix, YouTube) and the shower was not ok: it spilled water all over the bathroom and hot water was hard to get.
-
Modern, posh, and great location! Beyond expectation.
-
Great location on a wonderful neighborhood, many shops and restaurants nearby, nice surroundings, very safe. Bed was mega comfy, very clean, and had all what you could need. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Located over a specialty cafe, very nice and cozy. Shower... awful experience. Burn or freeze, and cheap shower head.

The room and the facilities were clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, the hotel is located in a very safe area

It was clean. The room is way smaller than the pictures in the rooms offered, missing towels, bathroom with no curtains, the room had a paper number to identify it, the heater was not working properly, the room was extremely cold. The bed was touching both walls of the room of how small the room was, for the price was a complete disappointment. The TV was small and had nothing to see but the national channels BUT the remote was almost out of batteries that almost didn't work, they give us 2 bottles of water. Not worth the price.

The hotel is small and charming, with tasteful furnishings, a lovely restaurant, and a terrace. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is excellent. The room I was given had a poorly installed bathroom window, leaving a 3 mm gap between the window frame and the brick wall. This creats an open space directly to the outside, allowing street noise to enter the room and making it difficult to rest. This issue should be properly addressed before the room is made available for future reservations.

I guess this is an Ok property if you are on holiday, but if you're travelling for business, stay away from it. -First of all, my room was poorly insulated, and somehow, not far from the reception, you could basically hear from your bed what they say and any noises. -Breakfast is a proper disaster, 3 options a la carte, that's it. The first day, i waited over 20 minutes for a coffee, and when i complained, i was told i should have come down earlier -My shower wasn't working or actually 1 min of hot water then freezing than hot again then cold again. I told the reception and said they will look into it but no one did, i had to ask again on a different day to get someone to have a look. They said was fixed but it wasn't. - they were rushing to charge my card but i had to chase them down to get a business invoice because apparently only one receptionist knows how to do it

Staff ok. Room ok. Breakfast, ok. Parking problematic.

Location absolutely perfect. One of the nicest neighbourhoods in Santiago - safe, leafy, beautiful parks nearby. An easy metro ride to everywhere worth seeing in the city. Downtown Providencia/Bellavista walkable too. Free filtered water a very nice touch. Good welcome - we arrived too early to check in after a night flight and they let us have a room early to shower and change. Can park outside the hotel - a bonus. Breakfast excellent, served in the cool café downstairs with a decent cappuccino- our children thought it the best breakfast they had during the entire trip. Showers are not great. It was still summer so not really a problem but the water alternates between freezing and scalding hot. Our room was at the top of the main stairs so we heard (loudly) everyone coming up the stairs at night. If possible ask for a room away from the stairwell.
