Room was a bit cold (we visited in June) and our room was facing the street which was a bit noisy.

Location was great while the room met our expectations.

The Staff is very welcoming and helpful. The hotel experienced some problems with the water but the staff kept us informed. We missed breakfast during our stay due to tours we were taking. Our room was very comfortable and clean and the hotel very quiet. It is a great location. We walked to the historical center, St Lucia, the restaurant area and never took a taxi. nothing.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and able to speak english well. The location was very good, within a short walk to Listarria where there's tons of places to eat on a cobblestone street. Breakfasts were fairly good. There was a lovely little balcony that we could sit out on. Bed was extremely comfortable. There wasn't any coffee available in the room unless you purchased nespresso pods in a tiny tiny espresso cup.

A boutique hotel ! Nice rooms, well furnished, clean, good beds. A number of common areas, inner courtyard, sofas adjoining breakfast area. Excellent breakfasts. Staff provide lactose free milk for my wife. Hotel 1 block from restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, bakery. Internet was adequate, staff helpful. Can’t think of anything.

The room was large and well designed with plenty of closet space which enabled us to keep our luggage and clothes off the beds The staff was very helpful and arranged late check-out for a reasonable price so that we could enjoy the day and shower before heading to airport for evening flight. Translucent walls in bathroom. Did not want to turn light at night on or would awaken my friend. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable.

Beautifully rebuilt older building with large functional rooms. Excellent location for meandering and, if needed, close to the subway. Large comfortable beds and hot showers. Excellent breakfast and friendly and available staff. Had to pay for coffee in the rooms

Location - right downtown next to Museo Bellas Artas, Cafes/Restaurants, parks; Free coffee/tea available all day; Hotel has lots of character. Spacious room with nice shower, small safe, fridge, coffee machine (buy capsules at reception); Nice continental breakfast; Elevator - very handy on a higher floor and have heavy bags; Wifi as you would expect; some TV channels in English (BBC, etc.); Hotel staff happy to suggest places to visit, eat, as well as to reserve reliable taxi service to the airport.

Clean! Hot water for showers. Nice area by lobby to sit and chat. Friendly and helpful front-desk staff. Easy walking distance to Lastarria neighborhood for restaurants. And to Plaza de Armas. Recommendation for winery tour was inaccurate; we spent 3 hours in the van and 1.5 hours on tour. Room was showing its age just a bit, with broken (loose) tiles in bathroom and missing hardware on faucet.

It is an older building and has a lot of personality. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great - we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. The only issue we had was it was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room.

Breakfast was good. Good location only a few blocks away from restaurants and attractions. Bedding was new and my room was quiet which made for a great sleep. Checkout was noon. Hotel stored my luggage for the day as my flight was in evening.
