Well located. Nice staff Not too many things to see around other than restaurants

Very disappointed, especially after telling the hotel from the beginning that I was a solo female traveler coming for the first time to the city and country. 1. In spite of letting the staff know that I want the hotel to coordinate airport pick up, scheduling tours and all related payments, initially and even later they confirmed to me but then passed on my information to the tour company for me to coordinate myself. 1. Vent above the toilet kept running very loudly from 6:30am till 10:30pm. Reason told was that my room was on 7th floor and the kitchen was on 8th floor and vent was for the kitchen. 2. Shower head was pouring minimal water so when I tried adjusting, it fell on my leg with a cut on my shin. 3. Sink was clogged and it would take a long time for water to drain

Very comfortable and well equipped room in a fantastic neighborhood. The staff is among the best I have dealt with at any hotel! The breakfast buffet was also very enjoyable. Nothing. Everything was very good.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They really made our stay enjoyable. The bed was big and comfortable which was important because we were very jetlagged. The restaurant downstairs was really good too. Nice spread at breakfast. Right in the middle of town The shower has a split system but one of them is broken and it sprayed cold water from the wall. The mould in the shower can be removed by resealing around the seals.

The hotel is in a great location, very centrally located in Lastarria near some excellent restaurants (Bocanariz, Chipe Libre) and transit systems. The rooms are well appointed and clean. While we didn't mind it, flagging to any light sleepers that there are a lot of vendors that sell goods outside the hotel - if you are a light sleeper, suggest requesting a room away from the front of the hotel. Also, for anyone sharing a room with a colleague, flagging that the bathroom glass is slightly see-through and might cause some awkwardness if you are not comfortable with the other person.

Friendly, highly professional staff. Make every effort to accommodate requests of all kinds. Modern room designs anticipate every need. Elegant and cool without being fussy or too fancy. I was very busy with work, coming and going at all hours. Gained weight on abundant, tasty hot breakfast. I returned and stayed for a month. Nothing. Lastarria is a busy and often festive district. My reason for being there. But those preferring total quiet may wish to consider courtyard side of building.

The hotel is in a great area, with fabulous restaurants around it, walking distance to many things - as well as close Metro access. Rene at the Concierge desk was excellent throughout, and couldn’t be more helpful or pleasant enough. Nothing

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the staff were kind enough to allow us check in early. The hotel has fantastic location close to city centre but in a quiet and safe area. I liked the modern decor and rooftop swimming pool, and rooms were spacious, clean, and confortable. Breakfast was good and the gym was useful.

This hotel is a lovely property in a busy, trendy neighborhood in Santiago. The rooms were very nice, and the breakfast had a great selection of foods, including made to order omelettes. The hotel staff was very welcoming, warm and friendly. They helped us with recommendations for restaurants in the area and other activities. I was worried about the noise from the busy street in the evening, but everything calmed down by about 10P, so there was no problem.

I also liked the noontime checkout as we had a late night flight out of santiago. We were able to hang out in the large comfortable lobby area after checking out. The room was a good size and comfortable, however the lighting in the room and bathroom was very dim.

Location, specious rooms Nothing I can say

Comfortable beds, good shower (once we figured out how to work it), quiet room on window well. Front desk made sure we got our bags quickly to make it to a dinner reservation. Good breakfast choices (hot food, continental, fruit, pastries, automatic espresso drink machine), and good views from 8th floor breakfast room. Good location on a bustling street scene in Lastarria (1 block from Bocanariz, about a 15-minute walk to pre-Columbian museum). Light switches tricky to match up with lighting. Initially couldn't find bath towels (stashed in the WC). Had to summon a maintenance man to get shower to work: hand-held was locked in some obscure way.

We stayed in several different rooms. One was excellent and one mediocre. They arranged for us to change to a different room once there was one available. The staff were outstanding. Always helpful and cheerful especially when we had a small crisis(passports stolen) to deal with. Thank you.

Stylish hotel in a fantastic location. Great restaurants and shopping just outside the door. The neighborhood has a bohemian, artistic feel and it’s very close to many attractions. It felt very safe and lively. The toilet is not very private as it’s got a glass door that is not floor-to-ceiling.
