Lovely staff, fantastic location, nice room. Not impressed with David on Reception; a few things where he needs to learn customer service. Breakfast starts very late which is quite inconvenient for early tours etc.

Cute hotel right in the middle of the trendy neighborhood of Lastarria in Santiago. It was located on a little quieter street off of the main street and the service was very good. The reception staff were nice, my room was ample and clean, and there was a nice little breakfast in the morning. On our last day we had a leave fairly early in the morning, and the staff packed us up nice little breakfasts to bring along. So nice! Nothing! Was all good :)

Lovely hotel and the nicest staff. So helpful and kind. Great location and close to shops, restaurants and the best outdoor market that's right next door. Clean nice sized rooms, comfy beds and great water pressure. Nice breakfast as well. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend. Nothing. Lovely stay.

Brilliant comfortable room. Very modern, clean with great fixtures and fitting. Great location for bars and restaurants and metro. The breakfast is in the cafe next door. Not a buffet. Only one coffee allowed (without extra charges) and then only eggs or avocado on toast, not both. No fruit available and no other choices. Poor for well over US $100.

The location is excellent—right in the heart of the Lastarria neighborhood. The room and bathroom are spacious and very comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there is no elevator, which makes it a bit challenging to bring your luggage to the room. However, I was kindly assisted by the staff on duty that day, so in the end, it turned out to be no problem.

Perfect location. Nice big room Bad shower pressure. Got told they’d only change the towels every 3 days or we’d have to pay for it - towels were dirt stained and weren’t changed on day three - if I was at home I would change even more frequently than this hotel

Room was great and new super comfy! The balcony was nice to sit and enjoy the street performers and hustle and bustle of the street. The bathroom and frosted door let in a lot of light at night. Our room was on the top floor and there was no lift but the staff helped with our bags which was nice. Breakfast from restaurant next door was simple but nice.
