bkfast ok convenient for bus/train station, late night arrivals bookings.com price different than charged price, they said 19% tax was difference, this should be mentioned at time of booking. Takes cost from being reasonable value to overpriced for the experience

I stay here because of the location. It's useful because the transfers to the airport leave from the exact same place. Unlike before, I had to sleep in a room with a view to a roof and around 5 noisy air extractors/ventilators, it was like trying to sleep next to a helicopter! In other ocasions I had been in rooms facing Av. O'Higgins which is a normally noisy capital city avenue but around 2 - 5 AM at least there is silence. Besided, the price had risen so paying £100 to sleep poorly and having breakfast included was not good value for money. Next time I will request a rooms facing the avenue. Never again next to these engines!

Location, staff treatment, AC in the bedroom, bed and sheets. The furniture surfaces where sticky, the steel toilet paper holder has dangerous edges that should be bent because by divine luck I didn't sliced my arm and...there should be a warning for distracted persons like me, about avoiding to drink the tap water... Because I did it and now I'm dealing with nauseas and belly aches. Oh and the toilet should have a toilet brush, because the flow is weak and it's kinda basic.
