The location is good. The price is ok. Very bad cleaning. Soaps didn’t got changed in 1 week. Towels on the ground for changing were just folded again.
-
Great location, Nice room. $100,000. clp plus 15,000 per day pet fee is ridiculous! i have a service dog so they didn't change me.

The breakfasts are amazing, with a wide variety of options to make guests happy. The staff are all very kind, respectful, and friendly people I think the only thing that was a bit inconvenient for me is that the parking lot is a little far away. Even though it's only two blocks from the hotel, I prefer parking facilities that are located within the hotel itself

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel rooms were comfortable. They were not large, but of sufficient size. In addition, the hotel was well located. My wife was robbed of nearly the equivalent of nearly $200 from a drawer in the hotel room in various currencies. When the situation was reviewed by hotel management, it was clear from security cameras, that it had to be done by hotel cleaning staff as they were the only ones to enter the room. My wife and our two children were allowed a 4pm checkout, though this compensation was not adequate given the incident. In addition, my wife does not work, nor has a bank account to support her travel. That money was what she had, and put my wife and children at risk, as I was back in Vietnam, where we live. I support a family of six on an international teacher's salary. This was only her second trip back in the past 8 years, the other due to the death of her mother. This was supposed to be an enjoyable trip. Instead she was robbed right before leaving the country. I hope the robber absorbs those facts and develops a conscience. While the hotel itself was comfortable, it is not recommended due to the risk of theft by hotel staff.

We liked the location. It was close enough to walk to the Teleferico Santiago cable car to reach the Parque Metropolitano de Santiago to get a lovely view over the city. There is a supermarket and ATM in the complex just across the road from the hotel. The hotel room was a generous size and the bathroom was spacious. We also enjoyed the generous breakfast.

The breakfast buffet is well supplied and with a lot of options, the coffee machines are easy to use and very convenient, the location of the breakfast is convenient, though a little small, the staff attention is superb. The size of the breakfast room. The low pressure in the bathroom toilet tank, and this time we perceive a rotten smell when we turned the A/C unit. Also the curtains in the room has a design issue that prevent the room for getting dark.

It could have been more updated in the rooms.

This old and well kept hotel keeps its charm which reminisce its glorious past. Staff provided me outstanding service from the courteous doorman to attentive front desk staff and accommodating management Not applicable

good location Noticed some aspects of the building looked a bit old. Wish the mattress was harder

Location The snobbish attitude of receptionist, door guards. They don't say hello or good evening even if you say it to them first. They act as if you don't exist when you are going in or out. Room 203 has an ugly view of the dining room roof on the back side

The location 1. The restaurant was closed when I arrived at night, so I had to order food delivery to my room. 2. I was charged for two nights even though I stayed less than 24 hours, only because late checkout could not be confirmed. 3. Housekeeping was inadequate: the room was not properly cleaned, towels were not changed, and food stains and used glasses were left. 4. Extra charges for basic needs (water and power adapter) are unacceptable for a five-star hotel. 5. The key card deactivates every time I leave the room, forcing repeated trips to reception. 6. The hotel is poorly maintained: stained carpets, broken curtains, missing iron, bad hangers, and a strong urine smell from the air conditioning.

Located in an excellent area. Has tones of amenities including swimming pool. the furniture looks old but still in a very good conditions and works well. the staff are very nice and helpful. Reverse in advance and save times of money. the prices are the property for walk in are triple what you pay online well in advance. I didn’t find anything to complain about.
