Great location, beautiful old building, lovely room, lots of windows, big beautiful, comfortable bed. The fake grass in the patio.

This hotel had the niceist staff! Each member of the crew was respectrul, kind, happy and sweet to me at all times. Who could ask for more? Mold in the bathroom - on the tiles. Windows were less than preferable being high and covered by yucky drapes with icky pull rings.

The staff (Daniel, Gabriel, Christian) were such sincere and helpful people, always willing to answer any questions I had.

The staff is so kind and helpful. The location is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. We a minor issue when we first entered the room, as the shower was not working properly. But it was quickly solved by the staff!

We stayed at the Quiral in Santiago for two nights. We arrived at 8am after a long overnight flight from the UK, but we were able to get in our room(which was already ready) straight away. All staff were so kind, warm and friendly and accomodate all our requests: they helped us print some bus tickets, helps us carry our bags and even provided a packed lunch (without us asking) when we left early in the morning to catch a flight. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, we were able to pick a time for it and found our table already set with loads of deliciousness: fresh yogurt in a glass calyx, a selection of cured meat and cheese, a selection of granola and fruit. We then had delicious scrambled eggs freshly cooked (much better than the ones I had in the UK), warm bread and unlimited coffee freshley brewed. The hotel is small but very quiet despite being on the road with a classic chilean decour. Our bed was so comfortable so we had the best sleep. The area is lovely, quiet and safe. The hotel was few minutes walk to a shop to buy essentials and 5-10minutes walk to the lively Barrio Italia with loads of options for food, ( both chilean and international). We were sad to leave!

Comfortable and friendly stay. Super helpful staff. Great breakfast. Great location. Safe and quiet, yet within an easy walking distance to Barrio Italia, the river and other places in the centre. Bathroom was a bit dated, but still perfectly adequate.

Great location, great ambience and staff.

Wonderful property, well run by sweet and caring people. Highly recommended, very personal style. Nice food and drinks. Lovely small garden terrace to sit outside. Room sizes differ, we were offered a smaller room at first which was disappointing. After asking they moved us to a better room (with chairs to sit, about 50% bigger). Maybe better if they first give the larger room to persons.

Located in a quiet and leafy area of the city within easy walking distance of the centre and the lively Barrio Italia district. The staff were wonderfully kind and friendly. They put on a bountiful breakfast with great coffee too. The rooms were spacious with great air-con. Nothing to mark it down for. It is an older property made into a hotel, rather than being purpose-built, so one has to set expectations in that context I.e. the bathrooms are good but not great, there isn’t a fitness area etc.
