I got some trouble because as foreigner i pais in dollars to avoid iva but after i left the histel they tryed to pick me up money with my credit card and when i call them they told me it was booking fault. So i called booking and they answer me that my stay was canceled because the histal declare at booking that i never came in.

The location is good, with public buses and metro services nearby. A couple of blocks away, Italia Street offers a bohemian atmosphere with plenty of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly. The bedroom was spacious, and the shower room was decent. However, overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. Breakfast was extremely basic. The kitchen didn’t seem well-maintained and could use a thorough clean, so I wouldn’t recommend cooking there. The staff had friends over in the evenings, making some noise, which felt a bit inconsiderate.

We stayed for 6 days and all the staff were exceptional; friendly and attentive. The rooms, common areas and bathrooms were kept super clean and the kitchen was well equipped when we needed to cook. The hostel is in a great and safe location with plenty of lovely restaurants and bars all around. It is also close to the metro and walking distance from Lastarria. We would gladly stay there again. Thank you to all the staff for their care. Nothing.

It was very close to a metro station, the room was clean, the breakfast was tasty, the wi fi were good. I shared a bathroom, so sometimes it was a bit dirty. The breakfast portion was small, for the price I expected more. In general, I think it could be cheaper considering the hostel conditions
