Location right near the park, the bed was comfortable, communication was great and price as well The shower was clogged, the sink in the bathroom was clogged and neither drained properly. The h9t water ran out within minutes, which was very inconvenient.

The location is the best.

Lovely coffee, cake and snacks when we arrived. No salt and pepper, the bed sheets were too small for the bed so came off in the night which was a bit annoying. The apartment lacked charm, it was quite clinical but it did the job.

Agradável, tudo limpo, porém o quarto era no 4 andar e sem elevador, porém próximo a metrô, não indico para mulheres desacompanhadas.

Very clean, nice, easy to check in and feels secure. Shower doesn't stay hot for a long time, but over all very good, let us extend with no worries

Self check in and very clear communication with the host. Central location, safe area, clean space. 3 floors to walk up without elevator but not a big deal.

The best part of this place is the price & fairly central location. They were also very quick to respond, especially the evening the power went off completely for several hours. The bed is passable, the AC works fine (when there's power), and there was no volume control on the TV. In addition, they forgot to put in furniture, so the only place to sit or eat is the bed (I'm not including a pair of rickety stools). So if you need a place for few nights and are trying to economize, this place will do fine, as you can always walk to the Santa Isabel supermarket nearby and get groceries.

Great location, close to the metro, air conditioning, large space compared to others of similar price, comfortable bed, great communication with the landlord, easy check-in 3rd floor without the lift - it might be hard to get there if you have a lot of baggage

The internet signal covers mainly the living room, and the phone signal is weak in the kitchen/bathroom. Except by the bedroom, the flat was a bit cold, during the early breakfasts we had to wear extra clothes.
