Everything was great. The breakfast was nice; there was a lot of attention to detail in everything. It is an old building that has been fully renovated and is very centrally located. It is located in a dark alley with graffiti, so at first it looked strange, but I felt safe overall. The view from my window was of a garage that kept opening and with lights turning on, so it was enervating at first. I got used to it after a couple of days. It is a great value for a non-commercial line of hotels.

It looks like in the pics. The bed is very good and clean. The location is ok, near restaurants and small markets. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful.

The room was exactly like the picture when booking. Large, spacious, nice balcony. Friendly staff, good location to walk to Bella vista and Teleférico Santiago There was not hot water in the evening

Was not so happy about the stay

The people, very friendly and attentive, the breakfast simple but very good, The location is off a busy road and whilst the bohemian quarter Lastaria is not far it is also not close. Just a lot of noise from traffic and handymen in the adjacent room

The bedroom was clean and cozy with a great big bathroom. The area is not nice, no restaurants or bars near by. It is a bit run down.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff was incredibly friendly. The location caught us by surprise. The area is busy 24hours a day, but the noise did not keep us awake.

Great staff Neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

I really wanted to give this place a lower score. Other than this awful experience i have to say the room was nice and shower had great hot water. The bed was comfortable and breakfast spread was great. You could make toasted sandwiches if you wanted and always something sweet offered each morning too. The location was a it far from the main city. When I arrived at the hotel it was 2am roughly. When I booked the hotel it gave the price and stated below it said “includes all taxes and charges”. I booked the hotel using a visa debit and the hotel knew this. At the desk the person an duty wanted to charge us an extra 19% for visa debit. The hotel never contacted me to inform me of these charges before check in. They said we needed a credit card to pay to not have to pay the charges. We don’t have a credit card and we would not pay the charges because of the advertising stating otherwise. Now during all of the this the WiFi had to be rebooted a few times. And the only other option he gave us was to go to a atm. At this stage it was an hour of talking and walking in the city at 3am is super dangerous. We asked if we could just check in and sort it all out in the morning because we were so tried. He refused to let us check in without payment even though the hard our card details on file. With no other option we had to ring a family family to ask for a credit card for the hotel to charge. We contacted booking.com the next day and told them everything they said they believed this 19% should not have charged and offered to pay it back to us which obviously g we informed them of using a family’s members credit card. There was a few homeless people on the corner of the where to hotel is located but they weren’t bothering anyone. Be careful and be aware of the slip of paper they give you at check in. It says extra charges apply to any stained towels or sheets which we didn’t do but I assume it must happen if the hand out this paper.
