Room was comfortable and clean. Great parking facilities. Seemed safe once inside: we didn't lock our room door properly and they showed us with a camera when we checked out, and nothing was missing The location is near centre but it took us a while to find out where the hotel entrance was as we arrived late at night. The neighbourhood at night didn't seem very safe. The decoration was too far kitsch. No natural light even though there are windowpanes all over. Breakfast was self service, no other option than american coffee o teabag, rest was mediocre

Location ok. Parking very good Inaccessibility. Have to use lifts to access check in and at night, the outer doors are completely locked so have to call for access. No easy if you don’t speak the local language

Our favourite part of the hotel was the location. And the spa in the room was very cool, however, it wasn’t fully functional, some of the jets weren’t working. We had a lot of issues. Our mini fridge didn’t work and they said they would fix it or put a new one in on the first day, but still nothing by the 5th day (we enquired about it multiple times) We wanted to use the safe while we went out, but it wasn’t working and the staff member put on a show about none of them having any batteries for six years, and he fake called his boss, and made us feel terrible for asking for batteries for the safe. They ended up putting new batteries in after we kept asking. I saw a bug in the bathroom. There was grime in the corners of the shower and bathroom. The water didn’t drain well in the shower, so we could only have quick showers or the water would flood. The sink also didn’t drain for ages. There were burn marks? Or mould? Or something all around the walls of the room. The wall paper was peeling. The towels were ragged and fraying. The buffet breakfast was very ‘blah’. No healthy options (besides fruit). It just didn’t feel fresh. Felt like some of the food was last nights left overs from the restaurant. It was fine but not that good. The napkins smelt strongly of cigarettes. We felt uncomfortable having to hand back our room key every time we wanted to leave the hotel, it’s probably a security measure, but it just felt strange. We stayed in the suit, and it was really disappointing.

close to the center a lot of rules from the stuff that make you feel it isn’t a good hotel but more like a hostel

It's a comfortable hotel room, basic and clean. Hotel workers are helpful and nice people to customers. It was quite alright not to complain
