Good breakfast, location close to major sites. Good, English Speaking staff. A bit noisy at times due to buses idling nearby.

The staff was great! The breakfast was good. Centrally located. The room was small but comfortable. We would have liked to check-in earlier than 3 pm, as we arrived in Santiago at 8am, but they allowed us to keep our bags.

The personnel were very kind. The location is very good, near to some interesting places. The administrator was a very kind and educated man. The breakfast was good. The parking place was also nice. I recommend this hotel. ??

Price. Location. Free parking. Front desk clerk when checking in did not accept my US dollar bills saying they were "rotas" or not clean. Our luck was that my wife had some extra "clean" bills in her wallet which made us save the 19% IVA tax.

Exceptional

Renovated hotel but still old building. Renovation was in progress in the room across ours and the floor was dirty. The smell of new paint was around

Good for a group of 4 Said that the transfer to he airport would be included and they wouldn’t stand by that, also breakfast was included but we had to leave early so we asked if they would supply us a something early, like a bun or muffin and they said no even though we asked the day before.

The room was clean. It was a good size. Everything worked. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator in the room I had, good shower. There was an elevator and stairs. Breakfast was included in the price I chose. Comfortable bed. Wonderful staff. NA

Staff is helpful, location is nice and breakfast is okay - Very loud. Not just due to the bad isolation/street noise, but also due to a bar in the hotel. There was a gig happening in the hotel on my first night, even the walls of my room were vibrating. - don't stay there if you have breathing problems: you can't open the windows and I believe there was some mould in the room. - the walls of my room were super dirty, several huge hand/foot stains. The window sill was mouldy. The shower was mouldy and slightly clogged.

Really enjoyed the breakfast in the dining room. It was delicious and the dining room was very pleasant to relax in and enjoy the meal. The recorded background music in the dining room was excellent. In my room the bed was comfortable, with an updated bathroom and very good quiet air conditioning. Front desk staff members were very helpful. Will definitely stay at Hotel Nippon when I am in Santiago again.

clean and quiet hotelroom no curtain to darken the room,quite bright in the morning and it was smelling bad in my room...
