The structure of the hotel is not the best one, there was no shampoo holder in the shower stall, which would be very helpful. Sometimes the shower heater failed or took too long to heat the water.

Amazing, great location, the staff is friendly and kind. The hostel is very beautiful, built-in 1920s, decent size bedroom and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend it. Mat I can't think of anything.

The staff were the best we communicated with Google translate. Grocery,restaurants and transportation nearby. Very clean facilities, old mansion, which needed some updating. I had a private room with bathroom on the first floor because I am disabled. It did not have air condition. Only I was not uncomfortable. Breakfast was not lavish, but well balanced. The automobiles were parked behind locked iron fence.Staff and customers were all smiles. I introduced a happy hour and all had fun. In general experience was great and I would go back again. Could use some upgrading.

1) I like the location as it’s quiet and not too far from the center of interest 2) The owner allowed us to keep the luggage in the house and come back for it for the last day, which is super helpful. 3) The breakfast is included in the price. 1) The air conditioner was so weak that it was hard to get into sleep. 2) The proper manager was not there always and they didn’t leave any way for immediate communication. You are on your own if the manager doesn’t present. 3) You need the key even going out of the house, which is inconvenient. 4) The house was not well maintained, and air conditioner cooling problem, squeaky stairs, falling paintings, a tv without a remote, shampoo and soap were not provided, etc. 5) The bed is too soft, which is just my preference.

Clean, aircon, wifi. Loud - can hear everyone walking by your room. Beds were uncomfortable and small.

Good location and lovely old building It's a pity the place is run by the female Chilean version of Basil Fawlty.

Building and spaciousness of the room Shower

The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were clean. It’s a great location and has access to a view different activities in the city. The owner was really helpful and good at communicating. The bones of the house still have its old charm. The bathroom wasn’t in great shape, the paint was coming off the bottom of the tub. Everytime someone else in the accommodation flushed the toilet our water would go cold. The breakfast wasn’t great and only on our last day with a different employee did we get eggs and she was shocked to hear we didn’t get eggs the first few days of our stay. Our toilet paper ran out and there were no staff to help us.

The location and the room were good. Breakfast was not ready at the aligned time and I could not reach anyone from the hostel - no one present. The check in experience was not very pleasant.

The bedroom was really good and the bed is comfortable. The owner was really nice and we could leave our luggage there after the checkout. The bathroom is old and the shower is not in a good condition. The breakfast was good but not enough for one person.

Squeeky floorboards

I liked the architecture and the locatons is great. The rooms are quite dull. Just a bed, a nightstands and a chair. Certainly enough but it looked a bit poor.
