Mito Casa Hotel

El staff fue muy amable:) Sábanas y cobertores con manchas, no tienen cama grande entonces juntan dos pequeñas con una sábana, la cual se sale siempre de los bordes y es molesto. se escucha todo lo que pasa en el pasillo, hacen que los platos los laven los huéspedes y por ende toda la loza está sucia.

The location was very good for walking to the many tourist areas, such as downtown and the BellaVista area. My room was upgraded for a nominal fee which was very nice of them to offer. The room was huge with a very comfortable bed. The outdoor area on the rooftop did not have a comfortable seating area, this may have been due to the time of year.

A 3 minutes walk to Banquedo Metro station, walking distance to San Christobal Hill ,,,downtown Santiago in minutes via metro , walking distance to shops , market, mini market ,restaurants , nice park across the street, public transportation in chile is the best , I will stay at Casa Mito again next time I go to Chile No complaints

Room size. Convenient location. It was difficult to open the windows in the room. No elevator, if you have heavy luggage you will need to carry it up the stairs (they are wide though).

A little out dated

The staff are wonderful. Very attentive and welcoming. The location is within walking distance of many places of interest that's why we picked it. The water didn't drain properly in the shower so the bathroom gets flooded when we showered. The walls are thin so you hear every movement in the hallway, and if you're on the lower floor, also the reception to a certain extent. There's not a lot of space in our room to move around, even if we didn't have a lot of luggage.

It was super clean, central, and really nicely furnished… Boutique style… free coffee and a kitchen for personal use… Tip Top!

Great location and value for the price. A couple of things needed fixing (shower drain didn't work well in one room and window latch was broken in another). We told the staff and both issues were resolved immediately! Great service!

The location was central and ideal for my. husband and I to explore all the main sights and neighborhoods we wanted to by foot. Cozy hotel with nice communal rooms and a small courtyard to enjoy coffee in the morning. The staff was accommodating, especially Francisca, who was always friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were not especially comfortable. Also, the WiFi was really weak and we couldn't do anything on our laptops.

I would have enjoyed a hot water heater in the room in order to make tea.

The staff was so friendly and helpful and accommodating--muchas gracias!!!! My room was lovely and very spacious with a private terrace and a luxurious bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the high ceilings. I would have liked a coffee maker or hot water heater as well as a mini fridge in the room. A small desk to better work on my laptop would have helped as well.

This is a charm place, with silent rooms, large room and with a close location frim the subway and most of the main attractions. The front of the hotel is not well identified, but the receptionis always helpful and fast to attend any request.

It is a beautiful place, comfortable and very well located
