Localization and architecture. Translation: “Beautiful hotel from a bygone era. The appliances and air conditioning/heating units are very noisy, and the furniture and beds show significant wear and tear. The hotel would benefit from renovations and updates to improve guest comfort.”

Location, staff are very professional and polite In the 5th floor WiFi is not working well and TV channels. Breakfast with more hot meals varieties, and tables. I would appreciate a bigger cups for coffee ?. At 9:00 AM during high season you must wait to get a table, the staff always try to help out to make you feel comfortable.

Specially appreciate that someone from the front desk ran out to help us with our luggage on the steps entering the hotel.

Close proximity to our friends Front Staff not helpful. Refused to provide us ice. Bathtub was dangerous. Needs more hand safety rails. Breakfast was plain with runny, warm scrambled eggs and everything else was cold. No washcloths. No fresh soap.

Good breakfast, with enough to start a good day. Room very comfortable and common spaces very wide and well decorated. Location is perfect, away enough from noise and within a quiet neighborhood.

Staff were helpful and kind. They didn't make us feel like we were inconveniencing them when we had questions. They offered luggage storage and the lounge was a beautiful and relaxing place to wait for check-in or a taxi. Everything was very clean and comfortable, but an additional lamp in some rooms (one on either side of the bed) would be good as well as updating the dated and uncomfortable looking couch in one of the suites.

The veranda pool area. It was kept clean and it was a little haven from the hustle and bustle of the city Maybe not so itchy blankets. The sheets were perfect but woolen blankets are not my favourite.

The area is very nice. The beds are terrible in every way. Small, noisy, and generally uncomfortable. The A/C is very old and noisy. Restaurant is meh.
