The service was excellent. The staff at the front desk were polite and attentive, and whenever we needed anything, they responded very quickly. The place is small, but that actually made it feel cozy and allowed for more personalized service. Breakfast is included with the stay. We also took several tours that departed early in the morning, and the hotel kindly prepared breakfast bags with sandwiches and fruit for us to take along. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I have no complaints about it

Great quiet location, very good breakfast. I needed an iron, unfortunately, they did not have one at the hotel.

The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was very nice with a variety of options, and the location is great just a few meters from a bus stop and 18 min from the mall and metro. Nowhere did it say that you could not pay with a debit card especially if you can pay USD with it, so we ended up having to pay 30 euros more because of the tax. The guy at the reception said we could get it back at the airport, so we went one hour earlier to the airport on our last day just to find out there is no such thing. The room desperately needs to be redone as parts of it are falling apart. There were pieces of the wall missing, the tub had a lot of rust on it and the bathroom door also had pieces missing. Although in the photos a normal shower is shown, in reality we got a tub shower. The glass of the tub also had a gap where all the water would go through and flood the bathroom.

Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, good location, reception open all the time, room cleaning possible every day, water, coffee and tea available at the reception for free, very good price for a room I knew that I would arrive from the airport at 12.00. I asked for earlier check-in that is fixed for 14.00. No flexibility in this field. However, I could leave my luggage and go to the city.

Located in a nice and safe neighbourhood in Providencia, we had no issues walking around at night. Staff were great, they even provided take-away breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning.

A delightful boutique hotel in a residential suburb. It is not too far from the city centre but far enough to be quiet and relaxed. Staff were absolutely the stars of the show, very helpful every time I made an enqury or request. Breakfast is plentiful but because of the size of the room and accessibility to the food is organised into 3 sittings. This works really well with tables allocated to the room for 45 minutes based on the sitting requested.

Superb

They take care of safety, the door to the hotel is always closed and the receptionist opens it on demand. Our room was clean and smelled nice. The rooms are not well isolated, you can hear every noise on your floor. There is no option to iron your clothes. In general, they don't seem to care very much about guests and are not very flexible.
