Location and the cats The Staff was horrible, and rude. They kept the front doors locked during the day most times.

Simple modest and tidy. The staff were always friendly and spoke decent English. The whole place had a strange smell. And there were often paper towels left in the bathroom after cleaning. Tidy, but furnishings old and dated. Good for a short stay. But definitely not worth the price. The tour desk, was a table with brochures!

Staff were all very kind & helpful. Room was huge! Hotel has big sitting areas too. Walking to restraunts around the corner & 1/2 hour walk to sightseeing was great. N/A

It was clean and was an interesting part of Santiago. Many good restaurants and attractions within walking distance. There was nothing really that I didn’t like. Everything was fine and it was a great value!

Location was great. Just a short walk to Funicular and hop on hop off bus. Heaps of places to eat close by. Supermarket and mini marts close as well. A little outdated. No USB ports in room. Whole facility could do with a spruce up. I feel Covid probably knocked it around. New lift has been installed so that's a great start.

We arrived late at night and from the outside it was not obvious it was a hotel. There were cats in the hotel and it smelt a little like cat in the reception. The photos are not really what you receive, the outdoor area was all closed off and unused. Rooms were basic although a little outdated. Internet signal was poor, i had to cancel a work online meeting as the signal wasn't strong enough. I dont think this hotel is priced accurately.

They had a lovely cat named Luna, though she needed to be clipped as she was all matted. Some of the staff were very helpful and accomodating. There was not any breakfast, though I was certain that I booked a place with breakfast. The shower was due for a deep clean, there was no toilet paper when we arrived, some of the staff were not interested in assisting.
