The room was clean and the beds were especially comfortable.

The room and the entire place is excellent. Clean, and comfortable. The staff was always kind and welcoming. Nothing.

The hostel setup is very quaint, and the location was great for walking to San Cristobol Hill, Santa Lucia Hill, Modern Art Museum, and lots of restaurants. The staff were all friendly and helpful and other guests we met were fantastic - hostels bring out like-minded individuals:) Breakfast was sufficient - what seemed like homemade yogurt. It would have been nice if they provided some soap, so we didn't have to use the hand soap from our bathroom sink when we showered. Fruit with breakfast would be a nice addition as well.

I stayed 2 weeks in this well managed, quiet and intimate hostel in a prime Santiago location within close proximity to many desirable tourist friendly establishments such as quaint cafes, fine restaurants and small markets. There is also a bustling nightlife area with numerous bars and live music venues about a 10 minute walk away. Many of Santiago's tourist attractions including the historic centre of town are easily accessible on foot. I had a room with a spacious private bathroom and large comfortable bed. The water pressure was good and hot water was readily available. The hostel's wifi reception was good. It was quiet here at night and I got a good nights sleep throughout my stay. The hostel provided a complimentary hearty breakfast for guests and the kitchen facilities were well equipped and kept clean. The hostel staff and in particular the owner/manager Christian were all courteous, professional, accommodating and English speaking. The hostel includes a small coffee shop that sells delicious sandwiches, cakes and beverages. Guests of the hostel receive a 10% discount on purchases. This was a wonderful and welcoming place to stay for my 2 weeks in Santiago as a solo senior (65 yr old) traveller. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Santiago.

I love the sustainability concept & the overall aesthetic. The simple breakfast was lovely & nourishing. Diana & Fernanda speak excellent English & were extremely helpful. ¡nada!

The hostel is very charming and colourful and is located in a very safe, picturesque part of the city. There are lots of restaurants and shopping centres nearby, and there's also a music studio in the neighbourhood - which means you can always snatch a bit of cool jazz, great bonus! The hostel common areas are tidy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing or even working. I particularly loved the breakfast, with the German-style bread, pancakes and delicious homemade yoghurt. And finally (most importantly) the staff are very friendly, helpful and kind - I had a wonderful experience and would 10/10 recommend! :)
