Comfortable room with a large bed, good aircon, and curtains that block out all light. Very clean, the housekeepers were exceptionally friendly and service oriented. Breakfast was small but great with lots of fresh fruits and even cakes, and always omelet and bacon. Both the hotel WiFi and local 4G phone connection got really slow in the evenings. My room was facing the highway and it was always noisy with the thin flimsy old windows (though having them closed and relying on the aircon helped a lot). Generally a little old interior.

I like the food and proffetional stuff. Also I like the interior design and cleanless. I didn't like the noise from the city traffic. The sound insolation could be improved. There was no toth brush and toth cleaner available at the bathroom.

The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was very nice and the staff also. I stayed here twice. The first time my room faced a wall. Both rooms could have done with some fresh paint. Not the best 4* hotel for the price.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was comfortable, good desk and wardrobe. Breakfast was very good, lots of fruit and scrambled eggs which I love. Good location. I was there for a week and I really felt home. The only two things that were a little disappointing, the bed was very hard and the gym quite small, were the same at a hotel that cost 3 or 4 times the price I stayed in for one night in São Paulo, it may be typical for the area. Plaza Mayor's gym was bigger actually than that of the very big expensive hotel. I would have loved a duvet not a blanket and it would have been great if there was boiled water available at breakfast to make proper tea, but this is probably just an Irish thing and probably not reasonable to expect this in Brazil

The property is ok, surely not a 4*. It’s well located on a very busy and noisy road. The walls in the bathroom are very mouldy. It’s in need of a deep clean or painting. Breakfast was average- always the same thing - not many vegetarian options and only dairy products available. I was given a room facing the main road which is very noisy until late in the night and starts again very early in the morning The manners of the owner (José) very rude. Spoke to me like if I was a child. The worst experience in my whole life- I wonder how he treats the hotel employees.
