The advertise that they serve breakfast, but they do not there’s a lot of drug trafficking prostitution going on on the premises and the receptionist both are always under the influence of alcohol and I believe that also embezzling money they don’t give you the discount you went through the app, there’s a constant smell of mildew and cockroach that are penetrate through your clothes.

Constantly running out of water employees are always under the influence of alcohol and at times marijuana

Location The constant using and selling of drugs, the In-N-Out of John’s, because of the prostitution constantly running out of water and the overwhelming smell of mildew and cockroaches

The property manager is very respectful and pleasant always ready for any needs to be met Johanna keeps everything up today, but have no complaints

First, they overbooked and they send the guests to different hotels. I was one of the unfortunate to live that stressful experience. I had left and did not even stay one night, which I paid for 2 weeks. The room, the customer service and no consideration of reimbursement at least for the remaining days. Money hungry and no compassion.

Location The girl at the front desk was really rude and for room change because A/C close by my bed was loud and ask her for and she said if you don’t like the room I have more room get out and looking another place.

When I arrived, there was no room available, but they sent me to the Renacer hotel close by. Got a better room and breakfast

I had a great stay here. I was initially put off by some of the reviews but my room was more than fine, it was perfect. The bathroom was clean, bed comfortable and A/C and fan both worked perfectly. Maybe it wasn't the most prettiest thing in the world but for this price, it was absolute heaven almost for free in an expensive world today! The Manager Joanna was very nice, kind and warm. The night person was always very attentive and pleasant. Such absolute value for money I haven't seen anywhere else in the world. Plenty of restaurants around plus a Carrefoure just a few minutes walk away, Perfect! Everything was great!

Location. It was very close to everything i wanted to see and do. This review is not for the Caribbean Hotel. I was taken to another location, Luis V hotel. I am simple and was aware of previous reviews and what I was paying for. Generally, I liked the Luis V Hotel. My room had everything I needed and was generally clean where the eyes can immediately see. Digging deeper, the room can use some fine cleaning and frequent dusting. I would recommend the staff do frequent dusting of furnitures, under beds, behind bed boards and ledges.. There was a lot of dust build up in these areas. But since I was staying for a month, i went ahead and do my own deep cleaning to satisfy myself. The staff was lovely. I was exploring everyday so hardly had much time to interract. The Guy that works during day was very nice and helpful. Please give him a raise of salary.
