Location was perfect, friendly and supportive staff. Great rooftop patio It was very loud in the room from outside noise and traffic

Shower knob didn’t work too well, so shower water wasn’t coming out fast. Sink drain seems to be clogged a little.

The noise is crazy, day and night, with huge trucks driving the street below and there is no soundproofing, so bring ear plugs. Coffee/tea making facilitates in the room would have been nice. And there is no elevator.

staff was very accommodating and helpful. noisy street outside early cars and horns blowing. Understandable considering the location but still not bad.

The property was cozy, clean and very comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful especially Luis, Bladimir and Josue. I am so thankful to them for all their help.

The star level should be higher in my opinion. The hotel is close to everything for tourists.

The suite was nicely furnished and decorated. Close enough to walk to the locations ww were interested to see. On an exceptionally busy and noisy street and the sound carried in to the rooms. You'll definitely need ear plugs.

Great size room, nice decoration, good air conditioning and bed Two large mirrors facing each other in the room, loud street noises- have to sleep with ear plugs...

The location There wasn’t a microwave in the rooms are nor in the common areas for you to heat up leftover food so I would have to go out and eat every day, but have no leftovers There was quite a few roaches I seen and the bathroom they need to spray more often to make sure that there’s no bugs

The staff was very helpful and nice. Very noisy. We could here everyone talking in the stairs and also in the street. The room was not really cozy.
