Very Centric and accessible to everything. Rooms with balcony are big enough. Service was good. All hotel employees have good manners. It is clean, but not super clean. I’m a clean freak. Cleaning means also cleaning parts of the room that are not frequently used. Like the windows. The TV. The clothed chairs. The balcony. Before renting always check tv’s and the remote controls are working properly, wifi is really accessible in the selected room. Bulbs in the lamps are in place. Some customers may have took them ?. I’m not complaining just advice for the best. That helps a lot to prevent unnecessary complaints.

Just the location Same limited varity breakfast everyday. Bathroom shower head broken wash basis clogged. One staff unpolite (not all only one )

Absolutely perfect location right on El Conde near endless bars, restaurants, shopping, sights, museums.. Friendly staff, clean room, hot shower.. I visit the Colonial Zone a few times a year and have stayed in many different place so I know that for the price this place is hard to beat.. would definitely stay here again

On first day there was a big cockroach in the bathroom. Staff immediately helped and fixed this, but anyway disinfestation should be done better. Breakfast was the same for all 7 days.

Furniture and bathroom silverware are old and rusty. Needs maintenance.

Location, cleaning and the breakfast. The front desk guy had a bad attitude. My booking was canceled because they said I arrived after the booking time. I paid through the application and I had to pay cash too. The receptionist told me that the hotel's owner has his own rules.

Clean Bathroom was extremely small. Hallway was dark. TV was inoperable.

Breakfast was good, location is a bit far from the other hotels, theres a 24/7 cafe near, thats a plus. Location is a bit far from Zona Colonial attractions, Locals are a bit pushy trying to sell. The room was big, dampness on one wall, the paint had bubbles. Bed sheets had stains, towels were small. Keep on mind what you are paying for. The photos are very flashy. Don’t set your expectations according to them. Bathroom needs a redo.

The location and staff were excellent. Very friendly has helpful WiFi sucks , get a eSIM as soon as possible if internet is important to you Also the hotel leaks when it rains .

Both of the staff members were, Scarla the day time , and the gentleman for the evening were very excellent at the desk and also very informative. I'm glad hand railings were added for safety . The hotel doesn't supply facecloths to wash customers body. Everyday the breakfast is exactly the same.
