Location is great staff is awesome. There is water for you to refill coffee and a tiny breakfast. Too loud at night and security did not say anything to the loud group. Got woking up a few time because of slamming door at 2,3 ams.

Location The staff and the way they treat the place. They don't make enough effort to renovate the place and not fixntheir facilities, towels, Bed. ESPECIALLY THE BED IS SOOOOOOO BAD MAINTAINED. i will not recommend this place. Because i don't like it

Location great The towels need to have TWO!!! Booked for two guests too long to wait to change towels. Check in staff need BETTER customer service and anticipated Many guests speak ENGLISH!

On el Conde I arrived March 1 and pulled out cash. I paid in cash with no receipt. I thought that I could trust them.The previous time I had stayed with them.They were very kind. The booking was from march first to march thirty first , and on the thirty first , they tried to make me leave and even charged me a different price than was on booking.com cameras will show that I paid more than forty four thousand pesos. The manager.\nRode a receipt for himself.I think thirty eight thousand five hundred pesos. There was another man that stayed at the hotel who booked through booking.com and was booked at 1 rate.And then the manager charged him a different rate on his credit card , and he had to give them money back in cash. I had a problem with my direct deposit.And I asked him to give me one more day even though I had paid for the day when the Politur arrived he showed a fake receipt , no video evidence , and I had bank statements that show all the cash I draw out even if you go buy his statement , they still charge me $620 US DOLLARS based on the exchange rate for march first , but then he turned around and told the police that he was charging me sixty dollars a night. This hotel is not worth sixty dollars. My advice to these people is to stay here for 1 or 2 days and then leave.There's mold leaking when people use the bathroom , it goes through the plumbing which you can hear. The books need to be audited. There is weed smoking in the manager's room when he has a guest. There is no disability accommodations , they don't speak english. Oh you have to clean your own room. If you must book with this hotel , find something better.Do the rate through booking.com.Make sure you get a receipt , don't give them cash. That is my warning for this place.

Recepcionist was very friendly but someone from staff appears suddenly. After I did my registration and I was planning to pay the price that receptionist said (he converted dollar in DOP by exchange day rate as it is written in my reservation) the other man who appears was very impolite and said that the hotel rate for dollar was 65. Then I didn't stay and left. It was a scam to charge 65 DOP per dollar as it was not the rate. I don't recommend to stay in this hotel

So I travel by myself. I felt incredibly safe the staff is very kind very friendly and if you need something they're quick to take care of it.

Great location. Breakfast is an egg on toast and coffee. TV and Netflix worked. Knuckleheads staying there make noise all night

The hotel has great location on the main street of Santo Domingo, but it's a bit unassuming and hard to find. There were ants in our room, lots of mold on the ceiling, they only gave us one towel for two people and people smoked on the floor, which was a nuisance for us.

the staff are very kind and friendly a picture is better than a thousand words the place looks nothing like the pictures on the web page. Nevertheless, the staff is super cool, very helpful and kind.
