The king-size bed was great. The air conditioner in the room worked, but was quite noisy. The staff was accommodating at any request. No amenities (towels, toothbrush holder microwave, coffee maker, Iron, hangers, shampoo, conditioner, hair blower and no chair in the room). The Tv didn't have cable .

Leaving the next morning I just spent 30 minutes preparing a description and an error in the system lost all the information. I'm not typing it again! See the photos.

The rooms need a little update. My room had a phone number written on the wall in magic marker. The water faucet in the shower didn't close properly. Even though the offer breakfast and the hour is from 8 am to 10 am. When you get there it's not done on time because the lady that prepares them has to go first to the supermarket to get the things.

The location is great. Everything. Since I arrived it was a bad experience. I made a reservation and I informed them of my late arrival, they said it was fine. When I get there to check in, they didn’t have a room for me, they gave it to someone else. The person at the front desk decided to give my room to someone even though they knew I was coming in later than 4pm because my flight was delayed. I paid for that night and I was still there without a room. The guy would not recognize the mistake and wanted me to wait three hours for a room. Finally after exchanging couple words and make him look he was in the wrong, they offered me a “temporary room” but I had to move out of there in two hours. The bathroom was dirty, there was hair on the shower tile, that is basic cleaning. They didn’t not care to check if it was clean. At the end, I would never stay here again nor I would recommend. Avoid the headache and I bet there are cleaner places with better staff.

Super friendly and amicable staff. Great location. Plumbing was a bit dodgy. The AC in the room worked extremely well but was a bit noisy.

The staff was very kind, and tried to solved the issues we encountered, the breakfast was good The room we rent was humid and affected my allergies badly, they don’t have security and my car rear view mirrors were stolen, the pool wasn’t able, hot water was terrible as well.
