Small noisy room, hard and tiny beds, far away 3rd party parking lot, refuse to provide us a tax valid invoice.

Not very spacey room.

Customer service was excellent, (special thanks to Mr Luis, front desk) The cleanness, convenient and well located... The breakfast was excellent. Everything was good .

Wifi is good, breakfast is decent Rooms are very small and old, ridiculous set up. Moved my room and then also gave room electronic key to another person. So much for safety!!! Housekeeping didnt clean as room was "empty". And NO hot water

Breakfast was good and the person in that area very accommodating and courteous The front desk staff. The older gentleman rude not accommodating. The toilet didn’t flushed. No toilet paper and phone in the room didn’t work.

Only the action was worth it, unfortunately we staff was not very welcome and the room was very small, I’ve stayed in this brand many times and this is the first time this is happening to me The the room was supposed to be a superior room and we barely couldn’t even be in the room. It was so small the floor smells.

The amenities and rooms There is no parking at all so good luck finding one nearby.

breakfast was ok, the location was good except the construction in front of the hotel was unpleasant but understandable. the ac was inadequate in my fist room I asked to be moved and I was, the second room was much cooler! good ac. I felt the cost was too high for what I received, the room was too small! I reserved a "larger room" with a queen bed in order to get more room and I did not feel the room was large enough to justify the cost. many better options at that price range.

Like the restaurant was very nice That If I want to have a guest in my room i had to pay 35 dollar when this was not told to me in advance because I would not have booked the room. There was no clear difference between the second person and guest charge for him as a guest. Also my information on who I allow in my room shown not have been discussed with other person

Our company use this accommodation for our representatives when they work in Santo Domingo City. It has resulted very strategically for their movements into the city, they feel secure, and comfortable. Everything was very good

Room had not been clean, bathroom was dirty and it need better maintenance. We changed rooms. Still doesn't seem very clean.

Location and staff I found out that there was a rat ? in my room ?

At the reception desk, the man there at the time sort of questioned my companions’s age even when she presented her valid ID. Also, he looked at me sort of questioning the difference in ages, as I’m and older adult. I asked him what was he insinuating.

The location was fine and the employee very hospitable. I didn't like to be changed 2 times. The first room the air conditioning was not working, the second neither. Finally, in the room that we decided to stay because the A/C was working fine I realized later that the sink was clogged and a visible leaking on the bathroom floor. I ask if there was a housekeeper available and there was none working the night shift. The hallway walls are painted in dark gray, the carpet on the floor very dirty, the smell the comes out of it is noticeable. I found a roach on the way to the room and showed to the front desk agent that was present and took care of that.

Yes very noisy , some sort of night club until 2 AM. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Hard mattress. Windows do not open. Mosquitos can be a problem.

nothing Complete tragedy. Dirty, stinks, no water (not to mention hot), no soap. I am bitten by bedbugs. It is not for people. I do not know if even animals would like to spend the night there. The air conditioning does not work, the window - the handles are torn off. I spent the night there because I had nowhere else to go and it was already late.

The location and the staff. My room was very small with two twin beds. Rooms look better in the web site. I have stayed at this hotel before and in that occasion the room was better. Nevertheless, if I travel again to Santo Domingo probably I will stay at this hotel because of its location.

The breakfast was very good with a lot of fruits, yogurt, eggs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat & clean. Air conditioning was very good.
