Location was great, everything super closed by The room it got was dirty, bathroom shower head broke, fridge was off and inside had rusty compartments, staff was not helpful unless you offered tips

The location is great! Close to everything A lot of issues with the toilets, we had to change rooms twice because of leaks.

you can hear EVERYTHING, even my neighbor snoring. I think for the owner will be a 10/10 hotel if add sound proof on every room.

Always very professional with excellent service. Love the property and staff is wonderful and attentive.

Hotel La Colonia is in the Colonial Zone which makes it great is you want to be able to just walk to all the activities and restaurants the city has to offer. We didn't like the room, the walls where effected by water which made is very moldy and the floor had al kind of stains on it. It didn't seem like the room was cleaned recently.

Location is the best. All attractions,cafe and restaurants are walking distance. No elevator.

I haven't had breakfast yet. My morning plans: the Chocolate Factory Kahkow Experience which is only a 3-minute walk from Hotel La Colonia! Nothing could be better. A hot shower is a bonus for me! I checked in easily, everything is great!

The location , the staff was warm and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. It was good value for money. Arrived on a late night flight and they were there for my early morning check in . Would have like a mini fridge in the room if l was staying longer.

The location is great! Walkable and safe neighborhood. Quiet hotel with friendly staff. Spacious and room. Modern hotel with a vintage appeal. The bathroom was very small. Also, I had to pay cash. There was a problem making a credit card payment. Thankfully I had enough cash on me to cover the cost.
