The view and how close it was to everything AC doesn’t work Employee don’t have a common sense of customer service at all We also got locked in because the workers were sleeping and we had to find them and wake some people up just to open the door

The hotel itself is well built and decorated, and the room was comfortable! The location is ideal with an easy walk to much of the Old Town. The breakfast was very good and filling, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a bit small, but manageable!

Location was excellent and close (walking distance) to shops and restaurants Needs stronger AC and more bathroom privacy along with better working utility items. Additionally, the lighting was extremely poor in the bedroom.

Not worth it, Price / Value. Cheap rooms, accessories and accommodation. Nothing like the pictures or expectations.

The property is beautiful, the food and restaurant/bar is great. Good breakfast. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The noise. Loud music of the area can be heard through 3 am. Every night making it hard to have a good night rest after a full day of exploring.

The breakfast was included which was good and it's in the middle of the Colonial Zone which was nice. Many bars and restaurants on walkable distance from the hotel.

The bed wasn't the one I pictured when I selected my room, also the location of the mirrors. I was hoping you'd have a mirror close to the bed or at least in the same direction. There was no hot water and limited option on breakfast.

It smelled very moldy in our room, which didn’t disappear. Also it’s good to know the rooms are not very well isolated and are next to the breakfast area, so in the morning you’ll hear that quite well.
