It was great value for money

Everything! Staff, location, breakfast included, comfortable.

The Breakfast was at a Restaurant a stone's throw from the hotel, but the breakfast menu was limited and the Restaurant Staff were less keen to serve guests from the hotel vis-a-vie other paying clients. No windows and the hole in the wall near the ceiling where I could hear the guests in the room next door. Thankfully they were not the rowdy type.

The location and overall aesthetics were really good.

I liked the overall appearance of the hotel being EXACTLY what it describes on the booking site. I liked how safe the area was and how close it was to the downtown area. I also enjoyed the free breakfast. There was no small wash rag in either of my rooms. Also, there was a neighbor complaining about me being too loud as I was saying my final goodbyes to my friend. She was utterly obnoxious as if she’s the only person that paid for a room. Not only that but to expect peace and quiet on a Friday night is insane on her behalf.

The location is very nice ? Colonial city. Parking is too difficult and expensive.

Location and having breakfast provided at the plaza was very nice. Our room had no window. I’m sure it was the least expensive room on the first floor.

The location was great and the staff were very nice. There was nowhere to set up my computer so if you are travelling for work, it is not ideal. A small desk would be great.

The only issue I encountered in the shower was a lack of hot water.

The staff was very friendly and respectful. They were able to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The location was also very convenient and made the experience very enjoyable. Nothing to add at this time.

The breakfast is not on site of the property, it’s about a 5 minute walk away to Parque Colon (the restaurant is La Marchanta) but the staff there are very pleasant, it’s a convenient location, and it gets you out of the hotel early and sightseeing early. Completely makes sense from the hotel’s point of view to not need a kitchen space, cooks, etc.

Quiet overall and very nice location. Good breakfast but was unable to use it most days as it started late for me. Would have been nice having early option available. Sheets clean. Breakfast was nice but started late most days for me as I had to leave at 7 AM for work related activities. Bathroom wasn’t very clean and zero hot water was very disappointing. No shampoo. Would have been nice to have a blanket at night. Strange that no one cleaned room except bringing new towels
