Location walking distance to every thing in the colonial district. Service was amazing responsive and kind. The facilities were beautiful and matched the pictures. Loved the black out curtains. The bar by the pool was often unattended and the shower floor design leaks water out of the shower requiring more towels.

This new hotel is a pearl in the heart of Santo Domingo. We liked the location, because it is close to everything although driving through the center is kind of a challenge. The breakfast was very good. Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean with all the necessary facilities for a comfort stay. I was charged the price of the room + deposit at check in although deposit was not mentioned in reservation terms. Getting to the hotel is a bit challenging during peak times, because of lots of traffic. Parking is not at site (as I was assured), but car is taken to unknown place by a valet.

Everything about this property exceeded my expectations. The design is absolutely stunning modern yet warm, with incredible attention to detail in every corner. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The atmosphere felt peaceful and exclusive, making it perfect to relax and unwind. The staff was outstanding professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Every interaction felt personalized. The amenities, especially the pool and common areas, were top-tier and added to the overall luxury experience. Truly a place where you feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. Honestly, there was very little to complain about. If anything, I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy everything the property has to offer. It’s one of those rare places where everything just works perfectly.

Entrance on the first floor is very nice with a nice bar Hot tubs are not heated without having maintenance come and run in hot water. Rooms are very dated (for instance no socket near enough to the desk to use a computer while charging it)

Asked twice front desk to check my coffee machine and the never came to see.

The hotel is amazing. Modern, clean, minimalist decor but with Dominican cultural accents..I loved it. It had everything I needed. Restaurants which were excellent, spa, gym and a lovely rooftop pool with drink and food service. Simply Amazing. The staff were wonderful too. Yoisy, Fauris, Ashley were awesome. Centrally located in the colonial zone it was perfect! My room was large, clean, beautifully decorated and had everything I needed- safe, fridge, tv, blackout shades, comfortable bed. I loved it all. There was nothing negative.

Perfect location and beautiful hotel. The pool area is nice with great service and a DJ. Breakfast was great. Gym is small but well equipped. I don’t like the open bathroom concept with only glass walls and I would prefer to have normal buttons to turn on the lights.

Gorgeous hotel in center historic district. Amazing staff, very new room. And gorgeous pool area and common areas. The pool area is used for events not necessarily for guests. It is disappointing to have outside cocktail parties and events - and for guests NOT to be able to use spaces during the stay. Additionally especially very loud events that you can then hear in your room- really loud. During my 4 day stay it happened twice. Very annoying with a loud DJ right outside my room.

location of hotel in Colonial City, design of hotel as it is the oldest part of town in an old building, Excellent usage of space. Had a somewhat musty smell is room. The smell diminished when room was open to outside ventilation. Problem probably in air conditioning ducts
