I expected to have a window in my room based on photos of the building. Everything else was great.

Room didn’t have windows and the bedsheets were old, the common areas are remodeled and look great, location is great and rooftop is nice

Well staff on morning I try to splain to receptionist that I have a guest she registers but changed me 1500 pesos for 2 hours and hold the celular at counter visiting this the first time charged me and I visited this hotel 6 time a year I found this inappropriate

LOCATION We were very disappointed with the condition of our room. It was dark, small, and had broken tiles throughout the floor. The room felt more like a 1-star hotel than what we expected. While it wasn’t dirty, the furniture was old, worn, and scratched, which gave the space a neglected feel. The bathroom was tiny and lacked basic things such as a proper place for the toilet paper. Water from the shower spilled all over the bathroom floor, and who puts false wood inside the shower instead of tile? I understand that the hotel has more renovated rooms available, but that should be clearly disclosed or reflected in the photos. The pictures shown online were not an accurate representation of the room we had. Because I was dissatisfied with the first room, the staff showed me two others. Unfortunately, all three rooms were equally outdated and unattractive. The staff was friendly but the accommodations did not meet our expectations.We will not be staying here again.

Unfortunately, the staff is not really helpful, so you should Google information if you want to go around, and don't try to book an airport transfer via them, they do not offer the service. Breakfast is just okay, not great, not too bad; quite disappointing for a 4 - star hotel. Additionally, the rooms are not very well insulated, so there's quite a bit of noise coming in, especially in the morning when there is breakfast..
