It’s a confortable hostal attended by his kind and helpful owner .., good value for our one night stay Couldn’t regulate hot water in shower … was too hot !!!!

The hygine need to be improved, the facility is not good, first time the toilet water can not be flushed, there is strange odor and i was shocked a cockroach was spotted in the second of night

The bedroom was clean and the host Patrick was very friendly The bathroom was terrible, it smelled like pee and the seat was broken and the flush never worked, we had to manually fill the tank. The hot water did not work at all

It was a little confusing at first when I booked the stay; it appeared the booking was located in another part of the city. It all worked out because I wanted to be located in the colonial district anyway.

Never let us in We had our reservation but when we arrived to the property the door was closed and the number that we called didn’t response. Luckily, a guest came out and helped contact the owner thru a different number and she played a voice message from him that they have no available rooms and sent us to another place nearby, telling us that our rooms are secured there. The next place had no idea what we were talking about but we eventually booked the new rooms as a separate booking since it was getting late and we were a group of 5. Long story short, we ended up giving back the new rooms at the next place and booking something else cause the second place was terrible, rooms were in terrible conditions and full of insects, even on the beds. The way they handled this is unacceptable, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

nothing, I never had the chance to stay at the property they didn't have the room that I booked. they took me to another property that wasn't theirs and it wasn't nearly as nice of the room that is listed
