The girl at the counter was very rude the room had a broken TV and she told me that she could not switch the room because all of the other room were more expensive. There were two of us and she only gave us one towel but not recommend going there

Good location No hot water, not friendly receptionist, who only spoke spanish. The breakfast was promised from 7.30, but they had to go to supermarket and buy ingredients, so the breakfast has only started from 8.30, and it was very poor

Great location Needs major upgrade ! It’s extremely cheap to stay there so take that into consideration.

The hotel is poorly maintained. The staff are trying to scam you on the exchange rate as card payments don't work anymore. A cash withdrawal must be made at the ATM installed in the hotel and then paid in cash.

The lobby is small but nice. Broken shower and no towels in the room. The TV and AC didn’t work.

I did not like anything about it The rooms are not well maintained. Shower broken, bed bugs are in the bed and the area is very dirty and noisy with homeless people. Not a safe area. I will not recommend it

Breakfast was in general a good continental breakfast; coffee, ham & cheese sandwiches with fried eggs and orange juice, always with a serving of fruit. The location was great, what beats a rooftop breakfast? No comments/dislikes, generally comfortable; and for the price? Really good. Hospitable.
