The pool area My experience was very disappointing. What I received did not match the photos online, and I did not feel the property was worth it. My biggest concern was security: I was moved to two different rooms, and in both, the sliding windows would not lock, making it easy for someone to access the room from outside. I also needed an iron, and one receptionist told me none were available, but another employee the next morning showed me they had several, which was frustrating. The beds were uncomfortable, there were stains on the sheets, parking was inconvenient and often far from the entrance, and the customer service was poor. Overall, I did not feel accommodated, and because of the security, cleanliness, and service issues, I would not recommend staying here.

Location A/C did not worked on two different rooms. One of the receptionist was not customer service oriented. The room are not cleaned properly and the bed sheets was not clean.

I just don’t like Santo Domingo and the staff was very loud in the mornings while cleaning and woke me up at 7am on a Sunday Also dirty rooms

Decoration of the lobby and pool, but the pool has an odor and they don’t clean it!!!!! The pool was dirty, the water was cut, the, I paid a new room and the condition air didn’t work and they gave me an old room with a terrible bathroom and not very clean!

There was no phone in room to communicate To front desk. If there is any emergency or uf you need anything you will need to walk to the front desk.

The Hotel is great. great location, and staff is very friendly and helpfull breakfast: more staff, 1 person cannot do it alone...
