Llevo dos semanas solicitando un comprobante fiscal y, hasta la fecha, no he recibido respuesta satisfactoria. He realizado más de diez llamadas al hotel para dar seguimiento a esta gestión y, aun así, no han sido capaces de enviarlo. Agradecería que atendieran esta solicitud con carácter urgente y me remitieran el documento a la mayor brevedad posible.

The staff is the best asset of this hotel aside from the view. My room had water dripping from the air conditioner all over the entrance. Slippery. I had to place a towel. The bathroom is cramped.

I liked the terrace and the pool. My room on the third floor was very noisy.

Check in was easy and staff helped me up to my room. Remodeling so room avalibility was limited and after day 1 I had to switch room cause the room lost water. Beds are super hard.

They have the pool area closed due remodelation, and the dining area is always reserved for tourists tour lunch

It’s right at the Malecon area with a spectacular view of the ocean from the rooms and the restaurant. Rooms were clean and was particularly impressed by the travel toiletries provided. It’s has a casino downstairs & clients were noisy especially when they come back to their rooms at night.

The location was very convince and easy to access. I felt it was a little dirty for me and smelling a little bit. In breakfast the tables were a little dirty.

The location was good and clean the casino was ok Except for some guest smoking that was unpleasant. The casino where some guest were smoking

Wifi ok. Rooms relatively clean. Obviously some of the rooms are smoking - so the smell spreads across all the rooms, even the non-smoking ones. The staff is trying to camouflage the smoke smell with the deodorant, but it hardly works. Breakfast is not very good. A/C doesn't work properly.

No blankets. When I asked for one, they Kettering on staying "will bring them soon". They never did. Also I had to ask for towels Housekeeping service
