Breakfast was good, consistent menu to choose from. Can get a little repetitive but it was free so i can't complain too much. Everything tasted good. Has its own parking which is great. Hot water. Gave us water bottles every day. AC worked great. Mini fridge was good. No "problems" staying here, the place was clean, I would consider staying again if i needed to without having an issue. This was next to a park and mini amusement park (walking distance like 3 minutes) which is also in front of the water, close to Zona Colonial, close to RD Deportivo (were showing the FIFA games which was cool). The bed was a little hard but it was manageable if you're very tired. The shower water pressure would randomly go up and down and the shower is half a wall so either you had to hold the shower handle or turn it off so that the whole floor wouldn't get wet...(ours still got wet). No microwave or anything to heat up food. The TV didn't connect to the WIFI despite showing as "connected". Again, would have liked more non-pork options for the breakfast proteins (i don't eat pork at all so this was the only downside).

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Colonial Zone and the coastline, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was good, with a satisfactory selection of food. The room was clean; however, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes, and I had to spend time getting rid of them before I could sleep peacefully. The toiletries provided were very basic, so I would recommend bringing your own. The desk was too high in relation to the chair, making it uncomfortable and somewhat difficult to work efficiently. In addition, the elevator was very small and felt somewhat unsafe and uncomfortable to use.

Correct employees! And the parking place! I don't like the breakfast. Very basic. Even after a long waiting time. And I don't trust anymore, after so long time complaining, the safety of the elevator. One day there will be an accident, I noticed this so many times.

Location was great. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Good price. Staff was quite rude. The lady from the cafeteria was nice but the reception and cleaning staff would barely respond and didn’t reply whenever I said “good morning” or “thank you”. Also, it could get quite loud at night since neighbors were playing loud music in the area. Lastly, and this was quite inconvenient, they didn’t give us hand towels, rugs, or even toilet paper in the first night. After we asked they gave it to us but those are things we shouldn’t have to ask for. There was nothing to put the towels on in the bathroom so we had to leave them on top of the toilet. Little things that could have been dealt with better.

Easy to get to, within walking distance to colonial sights, very clean, comfortable beds, nice staff, good breakfast, parking, and with AC. We were very pleased! The power went off twice. The elevator was not working.

Moldy and needs a remodeling , cleaning of ac units

Everything except that the TV didn’t have Netflix or any platforms. That the TVs weren’t smart TVs or I couldn’t Watch Netflix .

The reception is great, felt safe and presentable, room has everything basic you need for max 2 nights, breakfast was decent, friendly employees. The TV did not work, it's extremely noisy indoors, I could hear the closing knocking doors of other rooms and wake me up few times, the personal cleaning, showing rooms other clients, that part was very uncomfortable, also we found one small cockroach.

Hotel need a complete upgrade. Especially that 2 person elevator.
