Location within 2 blocks of, a full service bank with A seperate inside ATM attached, several outstanding pharmacies, famous restaurant with delicious food at locals prices, several comodos Staff Free transportation from airport to hotel Room upgrade Hotel restaurant food service room and restaurant excellent 4 or 5 blocks from malecon amusement park and city park Several neighborhood bistro and small cafe/restaurants all around nearby taxi stand 1 block away Next door church LOVED THE JACUZZI IN THE ROOM Parts of the hotel being renovated The hotel disco closed The rooftop JACUZZI and bar closed My understanding the closures were due to low reservations and attendance and from pandemic recovery and storm season recovery, other than that the hotel in great conditions THE AIR CONDITIONER ADJUSTMENTS TOOK SOME GETTING USE TO BEING TOO CLOSE TO THE BED

THE AIR CONDITIONER TOO CLOSE TO THE BED FOR MY TASTE

Good location. Minutes from Historic Zone. And one block from Malecón. Annoying locals in the neighborhood hassled me every time I left property.

I liked the pool & the location the staff was very nice and accommodating The room wasn’t clean. The bed had stains on it like they weren’t changed the room smell like mildew. The Jacuzzi did not work and it was dirty. The shower was dirty and the showerhead didn’t work.

Description on Booking.com is not accurate. Rooms do not have coffee pots, hair dryers or "toiletries" they have a fridge, 2 bars of soap and that's it. Air conditioning in our room was hanging on by a thread. The room (junior suite) was very outdated, futon was broken and everything smelled wet and moldy. The wifi next to never functioned.
