I have been coming to this location for years. This year, a new manager named Victor took over. The quality of the place increase significantly with him managing the property. He is very accommodating and personable.

Location They overbooked their rooms when I got there with my child which is 13 and autistic. It was no room for us. They said isorry that they had no room for us I have to be in the lobby and on the phone until almost 5 in the morning that I finally got a room in a different hotel

Location They over booked the rooms went I got there with my son a 11 pm wish by the way is autistic they told me that they had a room for me. There was nothing they can do for me. I had to stay in the lobby with my son on a sofa, trying to find all my own a room I was on the phone to file in the morning at that time. I finally find a run somewhere else. It’s no excuse and very shameful and I will send the only one three other family went through the same thing.

The location and one girl out of the whole staff that actually smiled everyone else seemed miserable Most of the staff no hot water my second time around I locked in a price when I got there they put me in a double room and charged me more that room smoked awful or mildew and didn't have hot water and they charge me more and they hassled me about getting cash immediately the extra cash that I didn't have I run the exact amount to pay them so I didn't have to run to the bank they made me run to the bank the Bank closed as soon as I got there and they heckled me kept my passport if you can go somewhere else go there

Nothing, worst experience ever. I showed up with my reservation made couple weeks ahead of my stay only to be told there’s no room available. The staff was rude and the same goes to the person in charge that he called for help as he only speaks Spanish. They finally send my to a different hotel with a lower classification room and they charge me more than my reservation for that prior to sending me to the other hotel. No apology from Hotel Maison Gautreaux . They just said the morning staff didn’t was the one managing the reservations, that’s all. No responsibilty, accountability or apology.
