The staff don’t speak much English, so I used Google Translate — but if you know Spanish, you’ll be fine. They’re very welcoming and kind.

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated, and everyone that worked there was very helpful and accommodating :) The location was great, right next to the ocean and on the same block as a really amazing restaurant, Villar Hermanos. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe during my stay and while walking around the neighborhood. Would most definitely stay again!!

Staff was friendly and used Google Translate to communicate with me as my Spanish is limited. The location is cozy if you prefer a quaint , eclectic, homey environment. The patio ,pool and garden area is lovely. I will definitely be back♥️

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotelito Bonito! The location couldn’t be more convenient—perfect for exploring the historic charm of Santo Domingo. The outdoor hangout area was such a vibe—relaxing, colorful, and a great spot to unwind after a day out. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The whole place was beautiful and full of character. We wound definitely stay here again!

location is good and safe. Property was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the coziness and its friendly staff. The hotel felt more like visiting a family member which I enjoyed. Josefina and the staff was friendly and always helpful. Facilities were very clean. There are restaurants (local) and the Malecon is only one block away.

Awesome accommodation. Wonderful, supportive staff. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Clean hotel. Lovely atmosphere, 2min walk from ocean. Good value for money, especially in location. Highly recommended! Thank you to the two staff ladies! Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Hotelito Bonito is a real Dominican place. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. I specially recommend to use the patio in the evenings. The Malecón is very close so you can enjoy walking there around,.
