Outside the colonial area. You can't walk at night outside. It just stands alone there. Other than the pool. Not much of areas to enjoy.

The room service breakfast. The description shows something and what they served was not even half of what the menu said. The price for what was offered was toooo expensive. I said it to the person in the front desk and no apologies and no discount offered.

Everything was perfect so clean people was so nice and respectful the food was delicious not Nothing

Delay in responses to queries. Not meeting agreed time for providing a meal or starting a service. Specifically, the restaurant was to open at 5 am on the 26, and didn’t open till 5:15-20. I ordered a breakfast to be delivered at 5 am on the 27 and l had to go collect it at the reception.

Property was very clean and comfortable pool and gym was a plus for my husband Breakfast was too expensive for my family A hundred just for breakfast it’s too expensive 100 just for breakfast too expensive for the price I think should be included for the guest that is my opinion it will be better for business .i was going to cancel but I have paid for the first night because I got somewhere else better with breakfast included.

Giant corporate international modern style hotel devoid of any unique character - could be in Omaha or Algiers. Nice spot on the Malecon / coast boulevard possible longish walk into the Ciudad Colonial - but a 300 peso taxi ride. Great shower and hot water. Nice bathroom. Elevator wait miniscule. Easy checkin and out. Breakfast buffet very good with good service. Quiet. Nice pool w/terrace overlooking ocean Wonderful staff. Good Indian restaurant a (long) block away. Really nothing to dislike except lack of Dominican atmosphere.
