My wife, Stephanie, and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and it was an amazing experience. Everything was excellent, especially the staff. Their hospitality and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back to Sheraton! Thank you! Honestly, the only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t stay longer. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Nothing The refrigerator did not work . They gave us a second frig . The water in the bathroom was brown both days of my stay . The pool water was murky. I added pictures of the murky pool and the brown bathroom that I noticed after I was in the water . I added the room view also of the ocean . The manager excused her self and never offered another room . She said a spa massage would be free for the bad experience. I never did it . If the water was brown imagine the spa . This say was Monday to Wednesday. I’m going to review this hotel on all platforms.

The common areas of the hotel were in good condition, but the rooms are in need of maintenance and upgrades. The rooms with ocean view make it pleasant because of the view - I traveled with a group and we had a junior suite, an executive room, and an ocean view room . The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The club lounge and the concierge (I forgot the name. I’m so sorry!) are great. The staff is fantastic, except the male who’d answer the phone the times I had to call because there was no hot water Front Desk: 5 stars Club Lounge Concierge: 5 stars Club Lounge: 5 stars Restaurant staff: 5 stars Team helping with luggage: 5 stars They all remembered our names, and that goes a long ways. I had a Junior Suite, and I felt it looked old. The executive room had no hot water, and then we were told we needed to leave sink faucet running in order to get lukewarm water in the shower. We had 2 incidents with one of the elevator ms, and the second one was dangerously scary. As one of our team member was coming down for breakfast , the elevator dropped 3 floors very fast and stopped suddenly, causing for him to fall; it then jolted him up, when it started ascending rapidly. This happened 3 consecutive times and he had to hold on to the metal bar. He texted me and I alerted front desk who took it seriously, but maintenance didn’t show concern. When my friend was finally able to get out of the elevator, they started filming the numbers to see how erratic it was, and then put it out of order with the door open on the 11th floor. That was on a Tuesday; the previous Sunday, we had to take the service elevator because of the problems.

Location and staff The smell of the room was so bad that my husband and I got sick ?
-
Wonderful staff and a nice place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It is located next to a big road so the pool area was a bit noisy, but that can’t be changed. It also took a bit of time to check in and out.

The ambiance was beautiful, the staff was exceptional. There were not enough towels in the room. There were to in my room and only 1 face towel and only 2 towels.

It was one of the best and cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at, the staff was very pleasant and very helpful, very friendly as well. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the food was very good. When I booked my room, I was given the option of a room with full ocean view, a room with partial ocean view, and other rooms i guess with not much of a view. I booked and payed for a room with full ocean view, but instead, when I checked in, i was given a room with just a partial ocean view. No big deal, but give me what I paid for.
