Location in the center of the city

Besides being very friendly, the employee was very helpful. Within the limited possibilities, he did his very best! He deserves a compliment. The restaurant next to the location was very pleasant. Unfortunately, I did not receive the agreed-upon two double beds. We had to settle for 1 bed, OR we had to move to another building. When we arrived there, we saw that the front door could not be locked, nor could the apartment. That gave us a great sense of insecurity. We also found it unpleasant to have to make the payment via a link. The breakfast even the coffee was terrible.

They didn't have ice

Only complaint i have that is not about the hotel is that sometimes other guest stand outside the rooms to have conversations and it sounds very loud. Sometimes it sounds like they’re in the room with you and i get startled. But i guess that’s not the hotels fault.

Nice place quiet and close to Caribe Tours.

Prices don't match what they offer, bad guest service and attention, poor food quality.

The staff were very rude and overcharged me. The hotel was over priced to begin with, and the staff used a higher exchange rate and charged me 10% more. It did not have any windows, the breakfast was sub par and the staff were extremely rude at check in and check out. Not worth the price.

Good stay All good.

Room amenities,(microwave, refrigerator) and interior decoration rivaled higher priced options. Located near business center made easy driving to downtown. Small shower. Breakfast could have more assistance

The culture of the hotel was African or maybe from Haitian origin. So out was quite a different feeling yet the business model seemed very European influenced. The airco did function properly. The place was hard to find. The front is squashed between two other buildings. On check in the staff asked me how i will pay for the room and i offered my card but they only accepted cash or money transfer. The staff was not really polite and i did not feel welcome. The stairs were wide enough for kindergarten but not for people over six feet, especially when you carry your luggage and handbag. The room was acceptable, yet the whole table was covered with chips and other COSTCO snackbars without price. The regrigerator was filled with beer and I asked the bellboy if he can relieve the table from all those snacks and he said he could not. The tv is internet only, no channels not even local so you have to log in with your tv. When I checked out there was this man with his hands over his head and legs wide open in sports clothing. I asked him where the restroom was and went in with my luggage and the staff complained about it. He asked for the keys and went up to see if all was okay. As he came down he said if I took a Modelo, appartenly the brand of the beers they had in the fridge and I told him no and left with the taxi.
