The hotel keeps debiting my card even in 4 days I left the hotel. This hotel is not a safe place to use your debit or credit card

Everything went well. I left my metal water bottle in the refrigerator and I called they informed me to go and pick it up. They had it for me. N/A

Size and confort of the Rooms, location Condition of the room: I was assigned to a non-smoking room, but it smelled as if someone had been smoking in it. Staff said house keeper didnt noticed anything which is not true. The TV in the room was also not working. I reported both issues through the chat, but it took several hours for the hotel to relocate me. In the next room, I only had cold water in the shower on both days and the shower head malfunctioning. Reported in the chat for nothing.

Beautiful lounge and pool. Breakfast is good, the daily happy hour is a nice touch. The room and bed were very comfortable. The pull out couch was perfect for my daughter. Has a sink, microwave and mini fridge. We had to ask for extra sheets and blanket for pullout couch. Had to ask twice for blanket before it was brought. Even though there was a sink, there was no utensil in case you want to eat a yogurt or fruit. We don’t love the Naco area. There were grocery store, a pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance. However it’s not pedestrian friendly.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, spacious room, the food was excellent They didn’t give me the room that I book. I book a room with 2 doble beds and they give me a room give a king bed and a small sofa bed, which was enough for our party of 4 people. I was very disappointed
